Michelle Ling 凌萱 previously earned a degree in Social and Cultural Analysis from NYU, where their thesis focused on the intersections between feminized labor, critical race theory and queer futurity. They are interested in the way people operating within these intersections produce movements that resist and transform systems of oppression. Michelle is a founding member of Yellow Jackets Collective, a chosen family of queer East Asian diasporic femmes collaborating towards futures that center marginalized bodies. They have been blessed to live in Brooklyn for the last 6 years. Most of their time is spent sharing stories and dancing to music.
