Elaine Zundl is the Dean of the Douglass Project for Rutgers Women in Math, Science, and Engineering at Douglass. As the Dean of the Douglass Project, Elaine works to develop programs that recruit and retain women in the STEM fields. In addition, she also teaches Knowledge and Power: Issues in Women's Leadership. Her research interests include the impact of gender and same-sex programs on women in STEM, feminist science studies, and feminist pedagogy. She also holds a B.A. from Rutgers in English and Religion.

Rebecca Richman received a B.A. in English and Women's Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. While at Rutgers, she worked as an editorial intern for Signs: Journal of Women in Culture and Society. After completing her M.A., Rebecca held positions at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia and the AIDS Law Project of Philadelphia. She is currently pursuing a J.D. at Brooklyn Law College.

Kayo Denda is the women’s studies librarian at Rutgers University Libraries. Her major responsibilities include collection development of resources on women and gender and the liaison work with the Women’s and Gender Studies Department and the institutes and centers at Rutgers dedicated to examine the women’s issues locally and globally. For the last couple of years, Kayo has been interested in ways to improve access to information in the interdisciplinary fields in general and in women’s studies in particular. She would like to immerse herself in the disciplinary knowledge and culture through the M.A. program and experience the actual information needs of the women’s studies community, as well as to reinvigorate the library services more closely with the needs of its users. Also, as someone who was born in Japan, brought up in Brazil, and a resident of the U.S. since 1979, Kayo has great interest in immigration experiences, movements of people, and subjectivities. Prior to coming to Rutgers Libraries in 2000, she worked at the Institute for Advanced Study, Historical Studies - Social Science Library in Princeton, New Jersey.

Ariana 'Ria' Dasgupta is a Douglass Alumna. She has worked as a Program Assistant at the Center for Women's Global Leadership and as an adjunct professor at Brookdale Community College and Georgian Court University. Ria is also co-foudner and principal dancer with Kalamandir Dance Company. She currently directs the Global Village and Peer Academic Leaders program.

Rebecca Brafman holds a B.A. from Columbia University in Women's Studies and an M.D. from Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University. She is currently a resident physician in emergency medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Rebecca is also a member of the U.S. Women's Eagles rugby team, a team of U.S.A. Rugby.
