Jeremy LaMaster grew up in both Louisville, KY & Harrisburg. Jeremy held many leadership roles as an undergraduate in a variety of organizations including Fly Magazine, Penn State's only feminist publication, Rainbow Roundtable, the leadership council of Penn State's LGBTA groups, and Delta Lambda Phi, an international social fraternity. Jeremy also interned for Penn State's LGBTA Student Resource Center for 2 years and served as a teaching assistant for introductory Women Studies classes. Recently, Jeremy completed a summer internship with Advocates for Youth, a comprehensive sex education advocacy group in DC. While at Rutgers, Jeremy worked as a Program Assistant for the Institute for Women's Leadership and as a Program Director for the Community Leadership, Action, and Service Project, a program of the IWL.
