Laura Mingers lives in England and graduated in 2010 from Queens’ College, Cambridge University with a BA in history. In her final year she focused on American women’s history and particularly on the history of intimate relations. Whilst at University she also played in the college netball team, served as the President of Queens’ College History Society and was elected as the Communications Officer and then the Secretary for Queens’ College JCR. She received a Fulbright Scholarship for pursing her Masters at Rutgers University where she further explored the relationship between women, work and the family.
